Customize Your Own Doormat
Personalize your own doormat using our customization feature! Simply click on the "CUSTOMIZE" button and have fun creating. You may also upload a high quality image of the design idea you have in mind.
Please briefly explain your design in the text field before clicking on the customize button. "The customize button "WILL NOT" populate for you until your information is submitted into the text box.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to paint portraits or anything that is extremely detailed on a doormat. If possible please upload your Image/Logo in SVG format as it makes it easier for us to work with.
After your order has been processed we will use what you have provided to create your custom doormat. Customized orders are shipped out within 7 - 10 business days.
"PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOUR EMAIL INFORMATION IS CORRECT WHEN ORDERING" If we run into any issues, or have questions regarding your design we will reach out via email. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your doormat.
IF WE ARE UNABLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU REGARDING YOUR ORDER WITHIN 3 DAYS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.

ABOUT OUR MATS
They are made of 100% natural coir and are great for preventing dirt and mud from tracking inside your home. Each mat is hand-painted with all-weather paints and sprayed with a UV sealant.
DOORMAT SIZES: 18 x 30 & 24 x 36
PLEASE NOTE: The doormats are made with natural fibers that vary in color. No single mat is identical to another. Some are lighter and some are darker than the other etc. Each mat has its own imperfections that make it unique.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR MAT:
- Clean by giving the mat a good shake.
- Keep in a dry area to prevent fade & wear.
- Though we use all-weather paints and a UV sealant to ensure that your mat last you a long time. We suggest that you keep your mat as dry as possible to avoid darkening of the fibers.
REFUNDS: The Simply Rustic Barn does not except returns or exchanges. Please let me know if there is a problem or a mistake with your order within 24 hours of delivery.
