Yes, we offer shipping to international destinations. USPS International rates are calculated by distance and weight at the time of checkout.

All orders are packaged with care, however, we understand things happen. Please email us at orders@thesimplyrusticbarn.com if your item arrives damaged.

If your doormat is lost by USPS, please reach out to USPS directly. Please also reach out to us by email at orders@thesimplyrusticbarn.com to inform us that your package has been lost. In most cases, we will send out a replacement doormat. Please note that shipping cost for a replacement doormat is paid by the customer.

Due to COVID-19, please understand that shipping delays may occur domestically and internationally. Once package has been handed off to USPS, it is out of our hands.

All orders are shipped 1-3 business days after the production time frame. This excludes Saturdays & Sundays. Keep in mind that all items are made to order. After shipment U.S. orders typically arrive within 2-5 days after post office receives package. International orders can take up to 14 days or longer.

No they are not!

Coir doormats are not element proof. They are to be kept dry and out of direct sunlight. If doormat becomes soaked from rain or snow, the fibers will darken and your design will be dull. NO refunds or exchanges will be granted from doormats damaged by rain.
