Carrier Delays

Please note that shipping delays may happen both domestically and internationally. Once the package is handed over to UPS or USPS, it is beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please contact UPS or USPS for the most current tracking information.

Orders are processed and shipped within our production timeframe of 5-7 business days from the date of purchase, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. After shipment, U.S. orders generally arrive within 2-5 days. International orders may take up to 14 days or more, and all international fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
