Where Is My Order?
Thank you for shopping with The Simply Rustic Barn! We handcraft and fulfill every order with care. Here's what to expect after you place your order:
Production & Fulfillment
All orders are made to order and require production time before they ship. Our typical order-to-fulfillment window is approximately 7-10 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Carrier Tracking
After your order ships, your carrier tracking number becomes active. Depending on the carrier, it may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier's website. All of our orders include tracking coverage so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Check Your Order Status
Sign in securely using the button below to view your orders. Select your order to check its status and available tracking information.
You can also open the direct order-status link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. You may be asked to sign in or verify your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.
